    YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

    Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about visiting us in person or working with us from home.

Which address do I send my items to?

All courier packs should be sent to this business address:

    Suttons and Robertsons
    127 Victoria Street
    London,
    SW1E 6RD

Please include your enquiry reference number provided by Suttons and Robertsons on the outside of your package.

Can I use my own courier service instead of yours?

Yes. We offer our own insured courier service options, but you are welcome to use your own if you prefer. Before sending anything, please contact us so we can discuss your enquiry and ensure everything is in order. Should you choose to arrange your own courier, you would be responsible for the cost, and any loss or damage in transit would not be covered by our insurance. We would therefore recommend using a guaranteed, insured, tracked and signed-for delivery option. Please note that we only accept deliveries during our opening hours. Deliveries outside these hours will not be possible.

Is your ‘from home’ service free of charge?

All eligible options are free of charge. Alternative options may be available, and any additional cost would either be deducted from your payout or charged to you separately. Please get in touch for more information.

What if I’m not happy with your offer?

If our final offer isn’t right for you, we’ll return your item(s) free of charge, or you can collect them in store at a time that suits you.

    What paperwork is required?

There is a simple purchase agreement, which we’ll send to you via DocuSign for easy online signing.

How does the courier pack service work?

We can post you a Special Delivery pack (arriving within 48 hours).

How should I package my items?

Packaging your items securely is important - we’ve created a step-by-step guide to help you ship luxury goods safely.

Is it safe and secure to use your courier service?

Our courier pack offers a secure, hassle-free way to sell or loan against your item(s) from home:

    • Reliable Special Delivery service
    • Fully insured during transit up to £20,000 against loss, theft, or damage
    • Real time tracking throughout the journey
    • Signature required upon delivery for added security
    • We’ll notify you as soon as your item(s) are received and processed
