Is it safe and secure to use your courier service?
Our courier pack offers a secure, hassle-free way to sell or loan against your item(s) from home:
- Reliable Special Delivery service
- Fully insured during transit up to £20,000 against loss, theft, or damage
- Real time tracking throughout the journey
- Signature required upon delivery for added security
- We’ll notify you as soon as your item(s) are received and processed
How should I package my items?
Packaging your items securely is important - we’ve created a step-by-step guide to help you ship luxury goods safely.
How does the courier pack service work?
We can post you a Special Delivery pack (arriving within 48 hours).
What paperwork is required?
There is a simple purchase agreement, which we’ll send to you via DocuSign for easy online signing.
What if I’m not happy with your offer?
If our final offer isn’t right for you, we’ll return your item(s) free of charge, or you can collect them in store at a time that suits you.
