How to refer a client
Referring a client is easy. We only accept referrals from our existing client community. Our referral programme must not be used to provide financial advice under any circumstances.

Our existing clients can refer other clients to us and receive a reward as a thank you. Earn a reward for referring clients to us.

Complete loan
Our team will contact the client directly to complete the loan process.
Receive reward
Reward payment is made to the referrer a month after completion.

If the Referrer and the Referee fully meet all the requirements in the promotion Terms and Conditions, the Referrer will receive the cash value of one month of interest. If the Referee’s loan value were £10,000, the Referrer would be entitled to receive a cash reward of £600.

Will my loan details be shared with the referrer?
No, Suttons and Robertsons will not disclose any details of your loan application to the referrer. However, the referral payment the referrer receives will indicate an approximate loan amount.
Who can refer a client under this programme?
Anyone who has taken out a pawnbroking loan in the last six years is eligible for the programme. To refer a client, please complete the online form or speak to our store or customer service team.
When and how will I receive my referral reward commission?
Commission is paid by bank transfer to the referrer’s UK bank account one month after the loan is completed – unless the loan is redeemed within the first month, in which case no commission is payable.
How will I know if my referral resulted in a loan?
We will notify the referrer by email or phone one month after the loan has been completed, provided the loan is still active.
How many clients can I refer?
Our programme is limited to one-off referrals only. If you wish to refer more clients, you must apply and be approved for our introducer programme. Please get in touch for more information.
Does the referee receive a reward?
No reward is paid to the referee. The reward is only paid to the referrer.
Can my client also refer other clients after taking out a loan?
Yes, once your client becomes a Suttons and Robertsons customer, they can participate in the programme and refer another client to earn a reward.
Can I refer clients in-store?
Yes, you can refer clients to us in-store. Please speak to our store team who will guide you through the referral process.
